It’s simple. Visit triangle.com/petro-points and click “Link Accounts”. Login using your Triangle ID. You will then be asked to login to your Petro-Points account as well. If you are not already a member in both the Triangle Rewards and/or Petro-Points Programs, you will need to register before you can link. You will then receive a success screen and a confirmation email from both programs once the linking process has been successfully completed.
No, membership in both Triangle Rewards and Petro-Points is free. No fee is charged for linking of the accounts.
You do not need to link your accounts to collect CT Money. However, once linked, you’ll be able to use your Triangle Rewards to collect both CT Money and Petro-Points at Petro-Canada and participating Gas+ Locations using either loyalty card. Excludes the following Gas+ locations: 2, rue Gauthier Nord., Notre-Dame-des-Prairies, QC.

Members of each program can scan their loyalty card at the pump prior to paying at Petro-Canada or participating Gas+ locations to collect rewards. 16 However, only one loyalty card can be presented at the time of purchase*. You must go in-side to collect points using the Triangle Rewards or Petro-Canada app. If you have linked your Triangle Rewards account and your Petro-Points account you can use either card to collect both rewards on a single transaction.
For Petro-Canada and participating Gas+locations, you need to scan either your Triangle Rewards or Petro-Points card at the pump prior to payment or the barcode on the app at the inside kiosk.
Only Petro-Points can be redeemed at Petro-Canada and participating Gas+ stations. However, you can convert Petro-Points to Canadian Tire Money online, which can be redeemed at Canadian Tire, Sport Chek, Mark’s, L’Équipeur, Party City, Pro Hockey Life, Atmosphere, Sports Rousseau, Hockey Experts, L’Entrepôt du Hockey, and participating Sports Experts stores, as well as online at select stores at canadiantire.ca.
Yes. Redeem Petro-Points in-store for dollars off on fuel or qualifying in-store purchases using your Petro-Points card or the Petro-Canada app. Excludes the following Gas+/Essence+ locations: 2, rue Gauthier Nord., Notre-Dame-des-Prairies, QC.
No. Petro-Points can only be redeemed at Petro-Canada, Gas+ and Essence+ locations.
At this time, Petro-Points can only be earned at Petro-Canada, Gas+ and Essence+ locations.
After linking your Petro-Points and Triangle Rewards accounts, you can convert your Petro-Points into Canadian Tire Money to redeem for free stuff across all your favourite stores including Canadian Tire, Sport Chek, Mark’s, Party City and more. A maximum of 1,000,000 Petro-Points (or $1,000 in CT money) can be converted per calendar year. Learn more at triangle.com/petro-points.
