Towing does not include cost of clean-up, waiting time or storage fee. We do not transport you or your disabled vehicle to other locations. Propane, and in some cases diesel, cannot be delivered. No towing from repair facilities or second tows on the same breakdown. No snow shovelling. Cost of installing new parts or tires, or removing snow tires/chains not included. Services are not provided to motorcycles, motor scooters, vehicles over 3600 kg, all-terrain vehicles, snowmobiles, dune buggies, trailers, limousines, boats, dual-wheeled vehicles, vehicles used for competition, unlicenced, impounded or theft recovered vehicles. No towing to or from scrap yards or for insurance claims. Cost of tolls. Ferries and of locksmiths for key cutting, lost and/or broken keys and unlocking the trunk excluded. Driver must be present when service is rendered.
